Services

What We Offer

The clinicians at Health Help Line provide primary care services that focus on going beyond those offered by standard General Practice. We focus on the whole person and the underlying causes for ill-health, as well as assessing the best way to ameliorate symptoms. We also provide limited GP services that can be undertaken by Telehealth.

Our Services

  • Standard General Practice care that can be provided remotely, including pharmaceutical prescriptions where appropriate
  • Integrative medical consultations, also known as holistic/function/complementary and alternative medicine; these consultations are longer than those for usual General Practice care
  • Treatment for covid injection injuries
  • Treatment for early covid
  • Preventative consultations, providing guidance and prescriptions for “home kits”.

When you register with Health Help Line it is necessary for you to remain enroled with your usual GP. This is part of our Terms.

We Register Patients – We Do Not Enrol Patients

When you enrol with your normal GP, that practice receives regular baseline funding from the government to provide you with primary care medical services. The practice also receives extra funding for other services that you may use e.g. vaccination. You can only enrol with one General Practice at any one time. As part of their government contract, practices that enrol patients are required to provide or be part of a service that provides after-hours care.

Health Help Line does not enrol any patients, nor do we receive any general practice government funding. We do not provide after-hours care or certain general practice services such as smears and vaccinations etc. We can submit ACC claims and receive a small fee for doing so.

At Health Help Line we ask you to register, so that we can maintain your clinical record, order blood tests and do referrals etc.
