Our Charges – Your Investment
Health Help Line does not receive any capitation or general practice government funding. The practice needs to cover all its expenses relating to software, administration, staffing and legal fees. The fees charged do not cover the real costs of providing comprehensive primary health care and we continue to rely on donations to supplement the practice revenue.
For those who have lost their employment due to be the injection injury, Health Help Line together with community supporters have established a Sponsorship Fund. If you are in need of help but can’t afford treatment, we may be able to help.

| Brief clinical questions via your patient portal, Manage My Health. This includes repeat prescriptions and easily answered questions that do not require an in-depth review of your notes. Based on your question, your practitioner will advise whether a consultation is needed. |

Please be assured that we have your best interests at heart and would love to help you all for nothing. We don’t want costs to be a barrier for you so if you are unable to pay for a doctor’s consultations, please tell our staff who may be able to help. We expect that you will get excellent advice and help from these consultations.
